Mama's Favorite Things: CHIPOTLE (AND a Giveaway)!

I admit it, we eat take out. Sometimes, we eat a lot of takeout. About once a week, we pick up a particular kind of tasty Mexican takeout and we don't feel guilty about it. Why? It's Chipotle. I know there are other brands of quick burrito places, but trust me, there are reasons you want to stick with Chipotle.

First, there is the convenience factor. I adore that I can order online, then my husband or I can run over there and pick it up without waiting in line. It's fast and easy.

Second, they are committed to great food. While it's not all organic, they do a great job of focusing on natural farming techniques. Read all about it on their Food with Integrity page.

* 100% Naturally raised pork
* 85% Naturally raised beef (and working towards 100%)
* 35% of Dairy products from grass fed cows (think cheese, glorious cheese)
* 100% of chickens are raised without antibiotics and feed additivies

They are working towards pastured chicken and pork as well. They focus on organics, local produce, and supporting family farms. Weird, it's kind of like, they... care!

That all sounds great, but what about taste? Well, this Mama loves it, that's for sure. My favorite? Carnitas (pulled pork) soft tacos (it comes with 3) with rice, black beans, salsa, cheese, and guacamole and of course, chips and salsa. Mmmmm... Makes me hungry right now. What? You're hungry too?
